Kathy is the life and soul of this place, having opened her Sign Shop almost 25 years ago, she turned a small, one room, 2-employee shop into a 5000 sq ft operation with 2 car-wrap bays, 6 different types of grand format printers and supports the livelihood of up to 12 employees at times. Her uncanny ability to have a genuine conversation and build relationships with anyone she meets is huge reason her customers come back to her year after year. She treats her customers like friends and will go above and beyond.
FUN FACT: Kathy swears to this day that she could fly when she was young. Tells a story about jumping off the barn often… we never get to the end of that story though.

Byron is co-owner of the Maine Sign and after he officially retired from his management job in the concrete industry, he is now a huge contributor to the Sign Shop. In addition to installs and production, he is the key to transforming our warehouse organization which has boosted our productivity and effectiveness tenfold.
He is our Mr. Everything. To define Byron, if something can be done- it will be done right now.
FUN FACT: Byron is terrified of snakes!

A Greeley Native, Kevin has been helping companies communicate their message visually for over 15 years. He touches just about every job that comes through the Maine Sign. From stickers, banners, and posters, to full vehicle wraps, logo design, and more- Kevin brings our customer's ideas to life. As versatile as a designer can possibly be, whether it be pink and bubbly or dark and gothic. Kevin does it all.
FUN FACT: Kevin is a DJ at night and on weekends. He’s got a beautiful wife and 2 big dogs.

Lauren may very possibly be the most helpful, accommodating, and attentive person you've ever met. Not only is she particularly knowledgeable about the services we provide, but she is determined to take care of each and every customer's needs as if they were her only customer. With a total of almost half a decade on our team, she has a depth of general knowledge of how to most efficiently get your project done on time, correctly, and her communication skills will never leave you with a doubt in your mind.
FUN FACT: Lauren has 4 kids, an adorable dog and will ALWAYS ask about you first! A kind human is an understatement.

Cassidy has been with The Maine Sign for 12 years helping the company to grow, become more efficient, and help customers understand the importance of maximizing their signage and print media opportunities. She has a deep understanding of the printing industry-equipped with a decade of building valuable relationships all over the world with vendors. Anything you can touch/feel/see- we can print on it!
FUN FACT: Played professional softball in Switzerland!

With over 20 years of experience in working the financials- Renee is extremely important to The Maine Sign, she’s the one getting invoices paid and closed out, writing the checks, and handling the financials. Behind every good business is a great bookkeeper and we’ve got one! She double duties as customer service and order processing on top of it all.
FUN FACT: Despite being a gymnast growing up, Renee has 3 boys and 6 grandSONS. No girls in that family…

A Colorado Native, Billy is one of very few CERTIFIED vehicle wrap specialists in our area. The way he aligns, maneuvers and contours large format graphics into the most complicated of curves on a vehicle- is really something that has to witnessed. His attention to detail and patience with difficult challenges makes him an irreplaceable asset to the Maine Sign. Not to mention, he keeps everyone in the shop entertained and laughing.
FUN FACT: Billy lives for jump-scaring you. Watch your back!

Kamron is the man who makes all the machines run. He’s our resident expert on the ins and outs of the 4 different types of printers, 2 plotters, and also keeps inventory of our vinyls, substrates, and materials so we’re always prepared and one step ahead. Once a proof is approved, it’s KC who makes sure it’s printed and/or cut at the highest degree of quality and gets it to the production team.
FUN FACT: Years ago, Kamron took a softball to the face, shattering his nose and ultimately losing his sense of smell. He's been colorblind from birth and the cherry on top... he's DEAF! Who said you needed all 5 senses!

Born and Raised in Greeley, Haley has been a sign-maker, a shirt-maker, a hat-maker, you name it.... for The Maine Sign for almost 5 years. She consistently preps, assembles, and finishes projects of all kinds in record time, without sacrificing quality. Almost robot-like. She has a keen eye for detail and ensures every job completed is accurate in coloring, size, design, quantity, and more. She pulls off miracles!
FUN FACT: Haley was 3-time All-Conference and All-State softball shortstop at Northridge High School.

Erick is the guy that goes to you to install or deliver your signage, he keeps projects moving and ensures everything is prepared for whatever is coming up. He worked for us a couple of years ago and left for a while, but he must’ve missed us- he’s BACK!! And we thank goodness, making customers happy and his co-workers laugh with his stories.
FUN FACT: He’s a mind reader, at least he thinks he is!

Our resident pain in the neck - this cute little guy can often be seen terrorizing the shop and undoubtedly making a mess or causing some kind of havoc. Because after all... Orchestrating chaos daily is an art form. Or so they say.
